Dhroov is by far the best dentist I’ve ever had.
I have been seeing him for treatment for gum disease, and the experience has been great.
I used to have gums that were swollen, sore, and bled a lot. As well as slightly loose teeth, and bad breath.
After the treatment those issues have completely gone, and my gums and teeth are a lot healthier. I never thought I would see such an incredible improvement in such a short amount of time, I feel a lot more confident now when smiling and talking to people.
He really did a fantastic job.
Leading up to the treatment he was very reassuring of the procedure and explained it all very well, and made sure I was at ease going into it.
He also provided excellent support and advice in our regular check-ups, giving me a bag of items to help me with gum care at home with a walkthrough of how to use everything, as well as a voucher for an electric toothbrush that he had helped me pick.
Dhroov is always kind and a pleasure to talk to.
He has been very supportive and encouraging with me, and he’s given me a lot of motivation to be serious about my dental routine at home. Which is something I always struggled maintaining before.
I would highly recommend visiting him for any Perio treatment.

I have recently had the gum disease treatment.
Dhroov was very good with me. I have a tendency to pass out with injections and he did his best to relax me. I did pass out the first time, but that was nothing to do with him. The aftercare from him and the team was great. They called me that evening to check on me after the ‘incident in surgery’. What was even better was that for the next treatment he listened and realised that it would be better for me and my recovery time if we proceeded without the anaesthetic. He regularly asked if I was okay during the treatment and I honestly felt no pain and was able to eat and drink as normal that evening.
Dhroov explained everything about the procedures and the follow up care really well and has been very encouraging throughout. Moving from a manual toothbrush to an electric one and using the TePe brushes has meant a change to my daily teeth cleaning routine but I have quickly got used to it and I can really tell the difference from before.
I would definitely recommend the treatment to anyone else that needs it.

I saw Dr Dhroov Thanki for some treatment for my gum disease and had an excellent experience from start to finish. I was quite nervous at my first appointment but Dr Thanki made every step seem straight forward by explaining everything clearly. He supported me between appointments and gave me everything I needed to maintain my gums at home. During the cleaning I felt no pain and very little afterwards. I would recommend Dr Dhroov Thanki to anyone with gum disease and his periodontal/ gum disease package. I wish I did this sooner.

Gum Disease Treatment with Dr. Dhroov – Highly Recommended!
I recently underwent gum disease treatment with Dr. Dhroov, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The treatment has made a noticeable difference in my gum health.
Before the treatment, I was dealing with bleeding gums, discomfort while eating, and general swelling. But since completing the treatment, the bleeding has significantly reduced or stopped completely. My gums now feel healthier, and I no longer experience the same discomfort I once did.
Dr. Dhroov’s care and professionalism were exceptional throughout the entire process. He made sure I felt comfortable and informed at every step.
If you’re struggling with gum issues, I would absolutely recommend this treatment.

Dr Dhroov Thanki has really helped me on my dental treatment journey. He is always approachable very kind and explains each step in detail with extra tips. I didn’t realise how important gum care is and he took the time to explain to me the entire process in detail. He is non judgemental, encouraging and very supportive. I would definitely recommend his periodontitis treatment plan.

I recently visited Dr. Dhroov Thanki for a dental check-up and was thoroughly impressed. He is incredibly knowledgeable about all things teeth, especially gum health and takes the time to explain everything clearly without rushing the appointment. The scale and polish procedure was not only thorough but also very comfortable with regular breaks, making the experience much more pleasant. His sense of humour made the appointment fun and he created a relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend Dr. Thanki for anyone looking for a skilled and attentive dentist – you’ll certainly be in safe hands.

I have recently received the Perio Wellness Package administered by Dhroov Thanki. I was referred for treatment after a flare up of gum disease.
Dhroov immediately put me at my ease and explained very step of the process. He examined the way I was cleaning my teeth and strongly recommended that I use inter-dental brushes. He talked me through the different sizes that I would need. I was resistant to this at first as I thought it would be such a palaver to use 4 different brushes. However he persisted and so I’ve adopted the routine and it has become easier with practice.
My overall experience was very good. I was taken through a procedure that was potentially painful and unpleasant in the best way possible. Dhroov demonstrated clearly that he cared about how I experienced the treatment and did his best to mitigate any unpleasantness. He also kept me informed along the way. The icing on the cake was a positive outcome.

This review is long overdue…. I visited Dental Wellness Centre between May/June and October 2024. The clinic was clean. The staff were polite over the phone and friendly/welcoming in person. My appointments were with Dr Dhroov Thank’ whom I found to be professional, knowledgeable and good at what he does, including the manner in which he explained things clearly and answered the questions asked of him regarding the dental condition & available treatment options. He’d explained that he was undertaking further training In periodontics, and I believe he will excel as a reputable dentist if he continues to treat / care for patients the way I’d experienced this with him. Keep up the good work

Honestly an outstanding clinic! Every member of staff from the front desk to practitioners are all warm and friendly.
I’ve recently been transfered to the care of Dr Dhroov for periodontal treatment. Although I was quite nervous, I cannot emphasis enough how wonderful Dr Dhroov and his team were. I was pleased to see how thorough they were and how adequate time was given to address all my concerns. All questions were welcomed and dealt with kindly and professionally. Dr Dhroov was very considerate throughout treatment by ensuring my comfort. He explained every step and was very reassuring from start to finish.

I’ve had excellent care from Dhroov for my gum treatment. Dhroov is professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease throughout the process. My gums have improved significantly. I highly recommend him.
